What’s this blog all about?
This is my first and only blog. It officially opened with the first real post on January 2, 2008. The blog is about thinking critically in an age that despises discerning thought. The purpose of Thinking Critically is to encourage and generate critical thought processes through discussion. To be honest, the main purpose of this blog is for me to grow in the wisdom and knowledge of the Lord.

- BooksThis page gives brief recommendations or assessments on books I own or read. You will also find links to books that I have critiqued in more depth as well. This is not meant to become an exhaustive book list for thinking Christians, but more of a conglomeration of the books I have for my personal use. But it’s here for you benefit, so go ahead and take a look at it.
About Me
As you most likely know by now, my name is Forrest Berry. I am currently a high school senior attending Parsippany Christian School in New Jersey. If the Lord wills, I will be attending Bob Jones University in the Fall.
I plan on pursuing a double major in Teaching and Bible, with the intention of going to seminary in preparation for the ministry. I feel that the Lord has called me into the joy of serving him as a pastor.
On a different note my favorite sport is soccer. I love soccer. It is the most beautiful game in the world. I play for my local club, and I support AC Milan and Kaka in the Italian Serie A. I hate baseball and can tolerate basketball. Reading and thinking through a good book is also one of my favorite pastimes.
